The beautiful Mission style building offers old world charm with its beautiful park-like grounds. Marian Residence is located 167 miles north of Los Angeles. The average annual high temperature is 70 degrees and the average low temperature is 46 degrees. The facility offers attractive private assisted living quarters for those over the age of 60 and is open to all persons without regard to race, religion, sex, or national origin.

At Marian Residence, we believe in respect for elders giving them comfort and care. A supportive environment is created and positive community relationships have been developed to assure the best possible care. The front desk is staffed twenty-four hours a day with a staff member who is trained in first aid and who receives on-going monthly in-services to insure the quality service for our residents. 

The activity program offers a wide variety of optional social programs that are entertaining or educational. These include exercise programs, guest speakers, outings, visits with children and pets, musical programs, games and much more.

The fifty-six room complex offers a library, assembly hall, activity room, chapel, patio, laundry areas, a beauty shop and areas for conversation.

The grounds are extensive, beautiful and offer areas to sit and enjoy the tranquil relaxation, enjoy the flowers or watch the many species of bird life that the gardens attract. Oriented to Catholic worship, but open to all, a chaplain offers Mass daily in our beautiful little chapel.
